Suitable for veterinary examination tables, weighing scales and other clinical surfaces, the Stable-Table Mat features a non-slip surface that helps patients maintain better footing during routine veterinary procedures. Its cushioned construction also provides an additional layer of comfort between the patient and the clinical surface.

Stable-Table Mats can be customised with your clinic's full-colour logo, preferred background design and dimensions. Custom sizes are available to accommodate specific examination tables, weighing scales and other clinical surfaces.

Custom mats are available with a minimum order of 5 pieces and a one-time €50 setup fee.

Material and Construction

The Stable-Table Mat is made from medical-grade polyvinyl chloride (PVC), selected for its antimicrobial and tear-resistant properties. PVC is widely used in healthcare applications, including medical tubing, catheters and heart-lung bypass equipment, where strength and durability are essential.

The durable PVC construction provides excellent tear resistance while maintaining a comfortable level of softness and cushioning for veterinary patients.

The bottom layer is made from high-density foam treated with an antimicrobial solution, providing additional cushioning while helping support the mat's suitability for regular use in veterinary clinical environments.

Care and Cleaning

• For routine cleaning and disinfection, we recommend using a compatible bleach-based cleaner and following the cleaner manufacturer's instructions.
• A melamine cleaning sponge may be used carefully on stubborn stains.
• Avoid cleaners with a high alcohol content, as repeated exposure may dilute the printed ink and cause the design to fade over time.
• If alcohol is spilled on the mat, blot the affected area immediately with an absorbent paper towel. Do not rub the affected area, as rubbing may spread the alcohol and affect the printed design.
• After cleaning the top surface, allow it to dry completely before placing the mat back on an examination table, weighing scale or other clinical surface.

Cleaning the Underside

The bottom layer is made from high-density foam treated with an antimicrobial solution. As this layer may absorb water or other liquids, clean it using soap and water, gently rubbing the surface when required.

Do not scrub aggressively, as this may damage or alter the structure of the padding.

After cleaning, allow the underside to dry completely at room temperature before returning the mat to the table or scale. Do not place the mat back on a clinical surface while the underside is still wet.
